Easy Prosciutto Wrapped Bundles

I happen to have prosciutto on hand a few weeks ago and decided to wrap it around asparagus bundles for dinner. It was amazing!!! It's such an easy and nice looking side dish. I took a picture before I made them but they turned out nice and crispy. I can't wait to make them again and thought I better post them on my blog, so I will remember how I made it.







Easy Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
Ingredients:
5-6 pieces of prosciutto cut in half
asparagus
olive oil

Directions:
Set oven to broil and move oven rack to top shelf. Cut off ends of asparagus and drizzle with olive oil. Use prosciutto to wrap small bundles of asparagus and set on baking sheet. I like to cover my pan with foil for easy clean up. Put pan in oven for 3 minutes. Remove and turn bundles over using tongs, carefully so prosciutto does not unwrap. Cook for another 3 minutes until prosciutto is crispy.

Pre-fall favorites

Anyone else over hearing about the #Nsale and fall clothes, when it's still hot as hell outside? Me too! But, I jumped on the bandwagon, because, how can you not? I bought the long green cardigan and a pair of Zella leggings from the sale. I didn't see much else that I HAD to have right now. I'm not quite ready for fall, but have started thinking about my fall wardrobe. I went through my clothes to see what I had from last year and what I would want and need this year. Here are some things that have caught my eye.
