Sausage Muffins

This is a great base recipe to start with and add things to. I made theses for a tailgate party a few weeks ago and they turned out great!

The original recipe is from Southern Living 2006 if you want to look it up.

Spicy Sausage and Cheese Muffins
Ingredients
1 pound of Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
3 Cups of all-purpose baking mix
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 Can condensed cheese soup
3/4 cup water
1 can of green chili's

Directions
Crumble and brown the sausage until fully cooked. Rinse and drain meat. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients stirring until completely mixed. Spoon into greased muffin pans. I would suggest not using liners as mine stuck to them slightly. Or you can grease the liners. Fill to top of the cup.

Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
